Earthy browns, creams and soft greens combine attractively in each individually furnished room
We offer nine luxurious rooms, all with beautifully fitted en-suite bathroom, mini-bar, feather-soft, extra-length bed, flat-screen TV with a range of satellite channels, desk-cum-dressing table, air-conditioning and under-carpet heating.
Six of the rooms have balconies, while the seventh opens onto the garden. One room is wheelchair-accessible.
The rooms are individually furnished in warm, earthy browns, creams and soft greens, while the bathrooms are luxuriously appointed, from the designer taps to the light fittings which double as heaters. Most of the furniture has been custom-made for Clico by Dilly Lill’s, trendsetters in hotel furnishings. Interior designer, Pieter Breytenbach, was instrumental in creating the original Clico interiors. The modern décor complements the old-fashioned house, gently juxtaposing old and new in a manner guests will find relaxing and familiar.
Business services include telephones in the rooms, wireless internet and ADSL, fax, scanning and photocopying facilities, to keep guests in contact with the outside world while in a tranquil environment. Secure parking on the premises.

The common lounge area boasts a fully stocked “honesty bar”, from which guests can help themselves while warming up in front of a log fire in winter, or cooling down on an outside patio or beside the pool in summer.
The landscaped gardens make the escape from city life complete. A “Fairy Garden”, incorporating an extensive wooden deck, is available for private functions, such as intimate weddings.
Clico is a non-smoking establishment, but guests are welcome to smoke on patios and other outside areas.
