Starter

“Aubergine cannelloni”: cream cheese wrapped in grilled aubergine with pine kernels, salmon and lemon juice.

Porcini mushroom and white wine risotto.

Tomato tartlets served with a side salad.

Main Course

Lamb shank slow roasted in red wine and herbs, served on a bed of mash with a red wine reduction.

Fillet steak served with a cognac and mushroom sauce.

Grilled fillet of warthog served with a pinotage reduction and seasonal vegetables.

Dessert

Traditional malva pudding.

Banana butterscotch pudding.

Banana spring rolls and hot chocolate sauce.

 

The set menu is priced at R240 per head and wine can be paired with each course at an additional R80 per head.

Please note that a two-day notice period is required when booking for a set menu.
